All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (holidays may affect processing times) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. We offer free local pick up by appointment, same-day delivery and shipping.

PICK UP/DELIVERY

FREE Pick up available by appointment, please contact us to arrange. 
SAME-DAY delivery available on E-bikes, Electric Scooter, Batteries and Conversion Kits within the lower mainland, delivery charges may apply.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become available. If you have not received confirmation/tracking information, please check your junk email folder or contact us after 48 hours.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please Contact us prior to processing a shipment to a P.O. BOX address

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at motorizednation@outlook.com with your order number/tracking number and a photo of the box/ item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution, these processes can take time out of our control, we appreciate your patience.
